The Honsberger family are sixth generation farmers and they have been farming since 1811. Therefore, the heritage and history of the land has been in the Honsberger family for years.

In 2007, cherry trees were removed to plant Cabernet Franc and apple trees removed to plant Riesling. Currently, there are 8 acres of Cabernet Franc (near Jordan Road) and 3 acres of Riesling (near the back of the property / directly across from the tasting room). In 2012, the family decided to hold back a portion of their 11 acres of grape production to make their own wine. The remaining grapes off the site are sold to other wineries.

Our wine is not available through the LCBO – it is ONLY available for purchase here on the farm.
